Properties: Good Investment

What is the best investment today? Shoes? Bags? Jewelries? Cars? When it comes to material possessions it is wisest to invest in properties. People nowadays likes to invest in tons of stuff. What stuff? People likes to collect shoes. But shoes are worn off after a few weeks and months of using it. You will need to replace them. How about bags? Eventually they'll end up like the shoes. Is it wise to invest in Jewelries? It is partly wise to invest in Jewelries. In case of emergency you can pawn this jewelries in pawnshops, but its value lesser than the original price you purchased. Same with Cars, in which its value depreciates every year.

Then why properties? Because properties value don't just depreciate as time goes by. It's value depending on the type of property increases each year. Your investment is not wasted. Also, In times of calamities like a flood. Your house may be carried away along with your shoes, clothes, bag, jewelries and cars but your lot will always and forever be yours and would stay right there and then.

It is also one of the best useful inheritance a parent can give her/his child. The child can decide to keep it or sell it. In time, the piece of land can be used for commercial. Like, if the lot is somewhat bigger enough for a subdivision to be constructed on it. You can sell it to organizations who constructs housing programs. If it qualifies then that is great.

Both of my parents invested in lands. They ventured in acquiring properties as much as they can. Now this properties are used for rent. We have apartelles - smaller version of apartment. We have a few homes constructed and we let families rent them. We also have boarding houses' for students and we even have agricultural lands. This is also a monthly source of income for our family. So my parents don't need to work hard at their age. They can taste the fruit of their labor. Some of the jewelry gifts our parents have given us are already displayed in pawnshops or sold out. We don't really appreciate the jewelries given to us that much. We're not fond of wearing them too. So, to the pawnshop off they go.

Soon, we'll be having families of our own but we don't have to worry about a home to provide our family. Our parents made sure that my sister and I have a house of our own. The only thing lacking is a groom, haha. At the moment we feel secured that we own something which we can decide to keep or sell.

Tacloban City Competitiveness Ranking

In the recent years, you would probably not believe it if you see this City of Tacloban in the list of the top 10 competitive cities in the country. Tacloban City had recently been approved as a Highly Urbanized City. Due to this stature the city had been making improvements. A number of beautiful parks emerged. An Astrodome was constructed and there is a Mall you can visit. The Robinson's Mall. And now Camella Communities is in town.

According the Asian Institute of Management Policy Center's study 2 cities from Leyte we're in the top 10 list. Tacloban and Ormoc City (btw, there is also a Camella Community housing constructed in Ormoc City in other words there are 2 Camella Communities in Leyte)

Hopefully this stature will be used to promote the City's welfare. City and its resident. Anyhow, you can't really ask for anything more in Tacloban.

Camella Communities - Leyte

Camella Communities had extended to Philippine Provinces like Leyte. Today, there is a subdivision constructed at Pawing Palo, Campetic, Leyte. I have been into the site and in my opinion the homes and the community being developed are one of the best ones I've seen in Tacloban.

Why is that so? According to the blue print I have seen. In the whole of Tacloban City, they are the only Housing Community that have aminities like Swimming Pool for homeowners. A Clubhouse. Shuttles. Parks and a lot more. There is indeed some extravagant home communities in Tacloban like the Millionaire's Ville but most of the homeowners there owns a house worth 20M or more. But Camilla Communities offers the best housing solution at the best affordable rates with installment plans.

The cheapest house is worth 1M-1.3M Which is not the Marga since the duplex house Lara is not available anymore. The most expensive house is worth 3.6M only.

They have 24 hour security men on duty and patrolling. Visitors need ID's and verified by homeowners.

One of the best things in owning a house here in Tacloban is the fact that there are less crimes here than anywhere. You can safely walk the streets even at late hours. As late as 2AM. Even if you're alone and you're a girl. You feel safe here.

There are no major crimes committed in Tacloban. Why? There is only one entrance and one exit in Tacloban City. And all are heavily checked and parolled by Police and some Military officers.

If you want to provide and experience a safe and secured home for your family. Camella Communities in Leyte is the best place for you.
